Endata is a product of Feedsoft, Inc. This policy explains what information Feedsoft, Inc. ("we", "us") collects when you use Endata, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Workspace content: projects, stories, sources, images, topics and settings you create or upload.
- Billing details: plan and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Connected accounts: if you sign up with or connect a service such as LinkedIn, your member identifier, name, email and profile photo, and the access tokens and profile details needed to publish on your behalf.
- Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions taken, used to run and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the platform.
- To verify your identity and keep your account secure.
- To research topics and generate drafts at your request.
- To process payments and send receipts and service messages.
- To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private workspace content to train AI models.
How we share information
We share information only with providers that help us run the service:
- Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, email and AI processing.
- Stripe for payments.
- Twilio for phone number verification.
- Exa for web research on the topics you choose.
- LinkedIn and other networks you choose to connect.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Content you publish is public by design.
Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or security reasons.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and email accounts secure.
Your choices
You can update your account details at any time. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and you can disconnect linked accounts from your settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Endata is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email before they take effect.
