Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Endata platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Endata on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization.

The service

Endata helps you research topics, draft and edit stories, and publish them to your own site and connected channels. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including the actions of people you invite. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the content you create, upload or publish. You give us a limited license to host, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you.

AI-generated drafts can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it and for making sure you have the rights to publish it.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices.

Third-party services

The service works with third-party services such as social networks and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export your content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Endata is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
